Placing an Order

Standard ground orders ship within 48 hours, pending product availability and credit card authorization.
2nd day and Next day orders are given top priority.
All priority orders must be placed by 1 pm EST for same day shipping. Priority orders placed after 1 pm EST will be shipped the following business day.
Please note, once your order has been submitted we are unable to edit the order.
If you wish to add additional items to your order after it has been submitted, you must place a new order for the additional merchandise.
If you wish to change a size or color on your pending order, your order will have to be canceled and a new order will have to be placed.

Checking Order Status
Please note, you must have a Nanettelepore.com account to check the status of your order. You may check the status of your order by logging into your nanettelepore.com account.
After you have completed your purchase you will receive an email order confirmations. Once your order has been shipped you will receive another email shipment notification containing your UPS tracking number.
If you signed in as a guest, please contact our customer service department and we will be happy to update you on your order status. Please note, it may take up to 48 hours once your order has shipped for the tracking information to appear in the UPS tracking system.
Nanettelepore.com accepts the following payment methods: American Express, Visa, Master Card, Discover and Nanettelepore.com online credit.
We do not accept non-US issued credit cards, Nanette Lepore store credit, checks, cash, PayPal or money orders.
Your credit card will not be charged until the date your order is shipped. Please note, we are not responsible for typographical errors entered during the checkout process to your shipping address.
All sale items are final sale. No returns or exchanges.
If you received an incorrect or damaged sale item, please contact our customer service department Monday-Friday 9am-6pm EST by phone at 1(844) 842-1498 or by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide an electronic return shipping label for you to have the item returned to us for a replacement to be sent out.
Nanette Lepore E-Gift cards are redeemable online only at Nanettelepore.com.
E-gift cards never expire.
Nanette Lepore E-gift cards are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Coupons and discounts cannot be applied to the purchase of an E-gift card.
E-gift cards are for online US purchases only and are not available for international shoppers.
E-gift cards cannot be redeemed at any department stores or specialty boutiques carrying Nanette Lepore.
No Sales tax or shipping is charged when purchasing an Nanette Lepore E-gift card.
Purchases made using E-gift cards will be charge applicable sales tax and shipping fees.
Funds cannot be added to existing E-gift cards. A new E-gift card will have to be purchased.
We are not responsible for stolen E-gift card codes or unauthorized use of E-gift cards.
E-gift cards may be used in conjunction with other accepted forms of payment.
E-gift cards arrive to the recipient in the form of an E-mail within an hour of placing your order.
E-gift cards can be redeemed online instantly.
If you do not want the recipient to be notified of the E-gift card, simply enter your e-mail address in the recipient’s e-mail spot. You can then print/e-mail the E-gift card confirmation at a date of your choosing.
Items purchased with an E-gift card that are returned within the accepted return policy date, will be credited in the form of an NL online store credit.
Your E-gift card code is unique to you. We recommend you keep a record of your E-gift card code.
Nanettelepore.com offers select merchandise for pre-sale as a great way to purchase products for the upcoming season.
Pre-sale merchandise has not arrived in our warehouse as of yet and will be marked as “Pre-sale” under the product description along with an expected arrival date.
Customers are given the opportunity to reserve their size, which will be shipped as soon as the products arrive in our warehouse.
