Ordering

  • Sales Tax

    • Please note, sales tax will be added to Nanettelepore.com orders shipping to the following states: California, Florida, Illinois, Massachusetts, Nevada and New York.
    • Tax calculations are based on state and county locations of the shipping address entered on the order. All other states are non-taxable.
  • Placing an Order

    • You can place an order online or by calling customer service at 1(877)-Lepore4 (537-6734) from Monday-Friday 9am-6pm EST or by E-mail at customerservice@nanettelepore.com
    • Standard ground orders ship within 48 hours, pending product availability and credit card authorization.
    • 2nd day and Next day orders are given top priority.
    • All priority orders must be placed by 1 pm EST for same day shipping. Priority orders placed after 1 pm EST will be shipped the following business day.
  • Order Editing

    • Please note, once your order has been submitted we are unable to edit the order.
    • If you wish to add additional items to your order after it has been submitted, you must place a new order for the additional merchandise.
    • If you wish to change a size or color on your pending order, your order will have to be canceled and a new order will have to be placed.
  • Order Cancellations

    • If you would like to cancel your order, please contact our customer service department by phone 1(877)-Lepore4 (537-6734) between Monday-Friday 9am-6pm EST.
  • Checking Order Status

    • Please note, you must have a Nanettelepore.com account to check the status of your order. You may check the status of your order by logging into your nanettelepore.com account.
    • After you have completed your purchase you will receive an email order confirmations. Once your order has been shipped you will receive another email shipment notification containing your UPS tracking number.
    • If you signed in as a guest, please contact our customer service department and we will be happy to update you on your order status. Please note, it may take up to 48 hours once your order has shipped for the tracking information to appear in the UPS tracking system.
  • Payment Methods

    • Nanettelepore.com accepts the following payment methods: American Express, Visa, Master Card, Discover and Nanettelepore.com online credit.
    • We do not accept non-US issued credit cards, Nanette Lepore store credit, checks, cash, PayPal or money orders.
    • Your credit card will not be charged until the date your order is shipped. Please note, we are not responsible for typographical errors entered during the checkout process to your shipping address.
  • Sale Items

    • All sale items are final sale. No returns or exchanges.
    • If you received an incorrect or damaged sale item, please contact our customer service department Monday-Friday 9am-6pm EST by phone at 1(877)-Lepore4 (537-6734) or by e-mail at customerservice@nanettelepore.com and we will provide an electronic return shipping label for you to have the item returned to us for a replacement to be sent out.
  • Pre-Orders

    • Nanettelepore.com offers select merchandise for pre-sale as a great way to purchase products for the upcoming season
    • Pre-sale merchandise has not arrived in our warehouse as of yet and will be marked as “Pre-sale” under the product description along with an expected arrival date.
    • Customers are given the opportunity to reserve their size, which will be shipped as soon as the products arrive in our warehouse.
    • Your credit card will not be charged until the items ship from our warehouse. To get information about exclusive Nanette Lepore pre-order events, please subscribe to our mailing list.
  • Price Adjustments

    • At this time Nanettelepore.com does not offer price adjustments.

    • At times Nanettelepore.com provides online specials by offering promotional codes. These codes must be entered in the promo code box at check out.
    • Please note, codes cannot be applied to previous purchases and only one promo code can be used per order.
    • If you are having trouble entering a promo code, please contact our customer service department and we will be happy to assist you in placing your order.

Order Processing/Shipping

  • Processing Times

    • Nanettelepore.com orders are processed Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.
    • Standard ground orders ship within 48 hours, pending product availability and credit card authorization.
    • All priority orders must be placed by 1 pm EST for same day shipping. Priority orders placed after 1 pm EST will be shipped the following business day.
    • Orders placed after 1 pm EST on Friday, will be processed the following Monday. Shipping times may vary due to product availability and credit card authorization.
    • During a Sale order-processing times may take up to 1-2 business days. A Nanettelepore.com customer service representative will contact you if the merchandise you have ordered is currently out of stock.
    • Shipping is not available to P.O. Boxes or APO/ FPO addresses.

       

  • Domestic Orders/Shipping Methods

    • Nanettelepore.com currently offers three domestic shipping methods:
      • Next day air (not available for Saturday delivery)
      • 2nd day and (not available for Saturday delivery)
      • UPS ground
    • There is an additional $5.00 fee for standard delivery to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico addresses.

    • Please note that shipping does not reflect holiday delivery schedule.
    • Shipping times may vary due to product availability.
    • There is a $15.00 interception fee for redirecting a package to an alternate address or having the shipment delayed once it has left our warehouse.
  • International Orders/Shipping Methods

    • NanetteLepore.com has partnered with a trusted third-party company, International Checkout, to fulfill orders for our International customers. Simply put the items you wish to purchase in our Shopping Cart and choose the "International Checkout" option.Your items will be transferred to International Checkout for processing.
    • You may pay by International credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. International Checkout will process your order, including billing, shipping and customer service.
    • Once your order is completed, all inquiries should be directed to International Checkout at support@internationalcheckout.com.
    • International shipping is currently available WORLDWIDE (with the exception of China, Japan, Hong Kong, and Taiwan) from NanetteLepore.com. Our third party vendor, International Checkout, will ship to all destinations around the world including APO / FPO addresses.
    • To check the status of your order or track your package, please login to your International Checkout account at: https://www.internationalcheckout.com/login.php. Returns/Exchanges

  • Returns and Refunds

    • Full price merchandise may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of the delivery date. Items returned past the 14 day return time frame that are still within 30 days of the delivery date may be returned in exchange for a Nanettelepore.com credit only.
    • Please note, the total of the online credit will be the current selling price of the items returned.
    • Any returns after 30 days of the delivery date will not be accepted.
    • All sale merchandise is considered Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged at any time.
    • Nanettelepore.com will only accept returns for full price merchandise in their original, unworn and unwashed condition. All tags must be attached.
    • Footwear returns must be unworn and in their original condition. All tags must be attached.
    • Swimwear must be unworn, unwashed and have sanitary lining still intact along with all tags attached.
    • Fragrance and beauty items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging in order for a refund to be issued.
    • Villa home collection must be unused, undamaged, and free of stains.
    • Upon receipt of returned goods, Nanettelepore.com reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.
    • Shipping and handling charges for returned merchandise are non-refundable unless we have made a shipping error.
    • Merchandise purchased at a Nanette Lepore retail shop, department store or specialty store, may not be returned to our online store.
    • Refunds will be processed after 14 business days upon receipt of the returned merchandise in our warehouse.
    • Refunds will be processed to the same form of payment originally used for purchase.
    • Refunds will include the cost of the items, along with any applicable sales tax.
    • For your convenience, all orders containing full price items will include a UPS return shipping label.
    • You may drop your return off at any UPS location for shipment. A fee of $8 will be deducted from your refund if using our UPS return label If you choose not to use our pre-paid return label, simply have your return sent to the following address: Please have your return sent to: NanetteLepore.com: Returns Department 225 West 35th Street New York, NY 10001.
    • Please note, the packing slip provided with your shipment contains detailed instructions on how to easily return your order.   • Exchanges

      If you are processing an exchange and are within the 14 day return period, please follow the return instructions on the packing slip included with your initial shipment.

    • If you are unable to locate your packing slip, please contact our customer service department and we will be happy to assist you.
    • There is no charge for exchanges for items of equal or lesser value. Please allow up to 14 business days for our warehouse to receive and process your exchange.
    • In the event that an item is unavailable, our customer service department will contact you.
    • All sale items are Final Sale. No returns or Exchanges.
  • Damaged or incorrect items

    • If you received an incorrect or damaged item, please have the item returned to us by following the return instructions on the packaging slip included with your shipment.
    • Please make sure to check the correct reason for the return along with any necessary comments.
    • Depending on product availability, we will have a new item shipped out to you as soon as we receive your return. In the event that the item is sold out, we will refund your credit card back the full amount of your order.
    • Please note, for damaged or incorrect items you will not be charged for the return-shipping label.
  • Sale Items

    • All sale items are final sale. No returns or exchanges.

    • In the event that you received a damaged or incorrect final sale item and we are unable to provide a replacement, you will receive a credit back in the form of NL online store credit.
  • Refusal of Delivery

    • If you refuse delivery of an order you placed, you will receive a refund for the merchandise and tax paid within 14 days from the date we receive it back in our Warehouse. Please note, shipping charges are non-refundable.
    • If the refused package contains Final sale pieces, you will receive credit back in the form of NL online store credit for the items marked as “final sale”.

Policies

  • Repair Policy

    • Nanettelepore.com will be happy to repair any items purchased from our online shop that results from a manufacturing defect. However, we cannot process repairs for merchandise defective as a result of normal wear and tear.
    • If you have purchased your Nanette Lepore merchandise from a specialty store, department store or a Nanette Lepore boutique , then you must return the merchandise directly to the place of purchase.
    • Please note, that Nanettelepore.com is not responsible for any damages incurred during the dry cleaning process. It is the responsibility of the owner and dry cleaner to follow the care instructions provided on the care label attached to each garment.
  • Online Policies

    • Items purchased at department stores, Nanette Lepore boutiques, or at any other stores selling Nanette Lepore merchandise may not be returned to nanettelepore.com.
    • Exchange and return policies are subject to change without notice.
